1st course:- Croquettes (kroket)
- Indonesian Traditional Coleslaw

MAIN
3rd course:Tumpeng for each and every single plate/person. A cone-shaped yellow rice dish like mountain surrounded by assorted Indonesian dishes such as :
- chicken satay (sate ayam)
- sweet fried beef (empal gepuk)
- boiled marble egg (telor pindang)
- a vegetable medley with special peanut sauce (karedok)

DESSERT
4th course:- Assorted Indonesian Traditional Dessert (jajanan pasar)
